Lumo has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Lumo is a dating service for adults aged 18 and over only. Minors are not permitted to create an account or use the Service under any circumstances.
This page describes the standards and measures that Securero, the operator of Lumo (the “Service”), maintains to prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE, in line with applicable laws and the child-safety requirements of Google Play and the Apple App Store.
1. Adults only (18+)
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Lumo.
- We require a date of birth at sign-up and block anyone under 18; the age you provide cannot be changed afterward to circumvent this.
- If we identify or are notified of an account that may belong to a minor, we remove it promptly.
2. Prohibited conduct and content
The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate removal and a permanent ban:
- any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — images, video, audio, text, drawings, or computer-generated content that sexualizes a minor;
- any sexualization of, or sexual interest in, a minor;
- grooming, enticement, or solicitation of a minor for sexual purposes;
- sextortion, trafficking, or any attempt to facilitate offline harm to a minor;
- sharing, requesting, or directing others to CSAE/CSAM, on or off the Service;
- impersonating a minor or misrepresenting age to engage in any of the above.
These rules are part of our Terms of Service and apply to all content and conduct on the Service.
3. How we prevent and detect CSAE
- Age gating at registration, with an enforced 18+ minimum.
- Content moderation of profile photos using automated screening combined with human review; content that may violate our policies is blocked or removed.
- Optional identity verification (a liveness/selfie check) to deter fake and underage accounts.
- Proactive and reactive review of reports, signals, and flagged content by our trust-and-safety team.
- Enforcement tooling to suspend, ban, and block offenders and prevent re-registration.
4. How to report
If you encounter content or behavior that may involve a minor or CSAE, please report it immediately:
- In the app: use the “Report” option on any profile, message, or match, or the in-app Safety Center.
- By email: support@all-good.co.il — our child-safety point of contact. Please include “CHILD SAFETY” in the subject so we can prioritize it.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
You can also report directly to specialized authorities and hotlines:
- Israel — “105” Safe Net, the national center for protecting children online: dial 105 or visit gov.il/105.
- NCMEC CyberTipline (international reporting of online child exploitation): report.cybertip.org.
- INHOPE network of national hotlines: inhope.org.
5. How we respond
When we become aware of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we act quickly to:
- remove the content and disable the responsible account(s);
- preserve relevant records as permitted or required by law;
- report suspected CSAM to the appropriate authorities and recognized organizations (such as NCMEC and/or the relevant national hotline); and
- cooperate with law-enforcement requests and lawful investigations.
6. Legal compliance and point of contact
We are committed to complying with applicable child-safety laws in the jurisdictions where we operate. Our designated point of contact for child safety and CSAE matters, including requests from authorities, is:
Securero — Child Safety (Lumo)
Email: support@all-good.co.il
7. Updates
We review and improve these standards over time and may update this page. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change.
